The hotel is located in a more private area directly backing onto Chaweng Beach, making it conveniently close to the Chaweng night market and away from the tackiness of Koh Samui. The rooms are very modern, although a bit small, and claimed to be soundproof but noise from the street and neighboring rooms could be bothersome at times. Service stands out as the most helpful, with a staff dressed in royal blue shirts ready to assist with various services like car hire, dry cleaning, and shuttle service. The dining experience offers varied options with a good selection of fresh fruit, meats, and cheeses, although the quality might be inconsistent for some items. The location is near bars and restaurants, close to everything you might need, and faces the swimming pool at the back of the hotel.
I had the best time at the hotel, with a very big and amazing beach view room, wonderful breakfast, and a big pool. The beds were super comfy, and the blackout curtains were a nice touch. The rooms were modern but a bit small, with a spacious bathroom.

The room I had at the back of the hotel facing the garden was excellent, offering a comforting ambiance with the choice of air con and fan for a good night's sleep. The staff, from Nan at the front desk to Jack the Assistant Manager, were incredibly kind and understanding.
